We have 4 high street offices, all of which work extremely closely - Oakham, Uppingham, Stamford & Melton Mowbray. And in addition to these we have 2 offices situated on the London Platforms at Grantham & Peterborough Train Station.
With an increasing number of buyers from London and the South looking to relocate to our area and commute back and forth to London, it is from Grantham & Peterborough that we operate our exclusive Meet & Greet Service.
Our Peterborough Office is next to Waitrose, with less than half a dozen paces for commuters stepping from the London train. Our Grantham Office similarly on the London Platform. With the increase in ¿exible working practices, the request for homes within easy access of both stations has increased signi¿cantly in the last few years. Coupled with the good value for money our area o¿ers and the excellent schooling, out of area buyers are drawn to homes along the A1 corridor and by extension, the main London train line.
We meet relocating buyers from either train station and take them around properties on our books, those listed discreetly and fully. Each visiting buyer is shown any number of properties which ¿t their requirements and it's amazing what we learn about their requirements whilst sat in the car with them for a few hours!
Our Meet & Greet Service is supported by our Property road Shows. This is where we take our properties to buyers, visiting our partner agents to meet their vendors who are looking to move to our area. These partners have branches in Greater London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire etc., and are selling for exactly the Vendors that are looking to move to our area. To include a property in our Road Shows, all we need is a front photograph and ¿oor plan; a contract to fully market isn't always necessary to tempt these buyers to view.
Unlike some agents we do not tie our Vendors up in lengthy contracts. We only request 28 day contract terms and offer a "hands on" 24 / 7 Director's service.
