    Cheltenhams Original Letting Specialist
    image cannot be displayed

Morgan Associates are proud to be Cheltenham's longest established specialist residential letting agent.

The company was initially founded in 1965 by Mr Noel Morgan Atkinson, and on his retirement in1990 his son, Nigel Atkinson, took over the business and has seen it become firmly established as the undisputed market leader for Residential Lettings and Property Management within Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

This consistent success reflects the company's dedication to providing a first class service to Landlords and Tenants in a rapidly changing and evolving rental market, where we regularly review our procedures to ensure best practice.

As a licensed member of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), in addition to our membership of TPOS (The Property Ombudsman Scheme for Lettings), NALS (The National Approved Letting Scheme) and the SAFEAGENT scheme, our landlords and tenants can be assured of the highest levels of service in the lettings industry, supported by these regulatory bodies. It is our many years of experience and expertise that ensures that our landlords operate within the necessary legal frameworks and that the tenancies we arrange on their behalf conform to all current legal and safety standards.

A crucial but often overlooked aspect of this professional regulation is that Members must provide Client Money Protection, so your rent and your tenants' deposits are ring-fenced in a separate client account, which is audited annually and backed by the ARLA Bond, giving you and your tenants complete peace of mind.
