    Property Manager and Senior Valuer Elaine Kyle joined Morgans in 2005 as Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer and now oversees the running of our busy property department. Having worked in Dunfermline since 1988 with local firms of Solicitors and Estate Agents she has vast experience and knowledge of the property market in Dunfermline and West Fife. Elaine deals directly with builders and local developers giving advice and pricing on building plots and off plan new builds as well as residential sales and lettings. Elaine is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents. Elaine enjoys walking, theatre/cinema, playing squash and socialising in her spare time.
