Myrooms is a specialist London co-living and HMO operator, letting furnished rooms and self-contained apartments to working professionals, postgraduates and long-stay residents. All paperwork is issued and signed digitally through DocuSign, and every property is managed through Arthur, our property management platform, so maintenance requests, documents and communication with the team all sit in one place. We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day, and most the same day.
Every property we manage is HMO-licensed where required, with current Gas Safety, Electrical Installation Condition (EICR) and Energy Performance certificates on file, and smoke and CO detection tested at each property visit.
