      Our relationship we've got with the whole business is amazing, but in particular we have a brilliant relationship with Kayleigh who oversees our property portfolio.       Rob Higgitt - Director
      It was early on during his rugby career at Bristol that Rob established an interest in property. Over the next 6 years at the club he intertwined the worlds of professional rugby and property. On the pitch, Bristol progressed from National One in to the Premiership finishing 3rd in 2007 and qualification for the Heineken Cup ensued. Off the pitch by 2008 Rob had overseen property renovations, refurbishment and redesign. A move west into Wales saw him sign for the Scarlets and base himself in Cardiff. This presented a new property market and was the catalyst for setting up a property investment company with former fellow Bristol players Joe El-Abd, Olly Kohn, and Joe Horn-Smith. Only a few years after the company's inception, Rob hung up the rugby boots in 2011 and diverted his professional capabilities into managing the company. This quickly expanded into property management, setting up Rocket Residential, for fellow landlords disillusioned with their current standard of service. This has grown rapidly and now manages landlords' portfolios across south east Wales. In 2019, Rob's latest venture is teaming up with another ex-Bristol colleague, Danny Gray, and launching a property company in Bristol in Wapping Wharf.

      Emma Harbord - Client Director
      Starting her property career in 2017, Emma has worked for small family-run companies and larger corporate companies giving her an excellent understanding of how to provide personable service while being proactive and efficient. 

      Alongside working in the property industry, she has also held operations manager roles so she brings elevated project management skills to the team.

      Emma has expertise across sales and lettings so is able to provide a full service solution to our clients. Born and bred in Barry, she is currently living in Merthyr Tydfil which provides her with substantial knowledge of areas throughout South Wales.

      Jazmin Hughes - Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
      Jazmin was born and raised just a stones throw away from NEXA South Wales HQ. She is passionate about the area and is a fountain of local knowledge. Having previously worked in a museum, she took the opportunity to learn the art of property on a whim, with no experience in the field. Jazmin made the transition almost two years ago and has been happily helping tenants and landlords since. She is eager to master her skills and widen her expertise in the field.

      Kayleigh Ashford - Lettings Director
      Kayleigh is highly experienced having worked in the Lettings industry since 2013, The love for the job grew from there and quickly become a Lettings manager covering South Wales.

      Kayleigh has a proven track record of delivering a high class service to her clients. Kayleigh is a very motivated individual that thrives to give the best customer service, help students find their perfect student dig and people their forever homes. Kayleigh is highly organised and looking forward to working at NEXA with their 'One Agent: One Solution' concept.

      Outside of work Kayleigh loves to see the world, experience new cultures, go to restaurants to eat fancy food and spending time with family and friends who are very important to her.

      Laura Williams - Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator
      After graduating from Birmingham City University with a BA (Hons) Fashion Business and Promotion degree, Laura moved back to her hometown just outside Cardiff. Before joining NEXA, she was working full time in a managerial role for a popular designer retail store however not being truly passionate about this industry encouraged her to seek new opportunities. This was when Laura found NEXA who welcomed her with arms wide open. 

      Despite starting very little knowledge of the industry the support of the team is really helping strengthen and expand her knowledge and skills within the property industry. Laura is excited about being a part of NEXA and is determined to gain a complex understanding of the industry, whilst also being able to grow and progress.

      Daniel Jones - Accounts Manager
      Dan started his career in property with our sister Company Rocket Residential as Accounts Manager. With a degree in Accounting and Finance from Swansea University, Dan has knowledge and experience in finance and is keen to work with new people on new projects whilst maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Over the coming years, Dan will be looking to develop more skills from studying for professional finance and accountancy qualifications, as well as gaining more experience with NEXA.

      Ashley Gough - Client Director
      Ashley relocated from Spain in 2011 and having worked in the property market during her time there she joined Peter Alan on her return to Wales. During her six years at Peter Alan she covered both sales and lettings for the large corporate firm. Seeking a new challenge in 2017 she joined Rocket Residential and has been integral to their growth. She is looking forward to continuing this customer service with NEXA.
