Will from New Foundations is the best around. He is so focused on delivering a person-centred experience, and made us feel extremely comfortable as first time buyers. He talked us through every step of the process and answered our silliest questions without judgement, ensuring we felt we could approach him at any given point which massively relieved the stress of buying a home. When Will was on annual leave, we were supported by Nathan, who was equally as friendly and helpful. He saw to our concerns and queries in an efficient and professional manner so we felt extremely at ease while Will was away, and knew we were left in good hands. New Foundations has made what is usually a stressful time so much easier. My partner and I felt so comfortable and reassured at all points. I honestly don't think I could of survived this sale process without the help from Will. He has been absolutely fantastic with assisting me through the process.
