    Many other agents claim to offer you "a local expert" or to give you "a personal point of contact" but we are absolutely convinced that here at Newby & Co we are more accessible and more accountable than any other estate agent in the area.

    We genuinely sell houses 7 days a week. We even tied up a deal on Christmas Day 2017! Yes, really!!

    The office, at 88 Faire Road, Glenfield, has free parking immediately outside and is open from 9am Monday to Saturday, closing at 6pm weekdays & at 4pm on a Saturday. Outside of these hours and all day Sundays your call will be diverted to a senior member of our sales team (usually Director Kevin Newby) who will be able to deal with all enquiries.

    Many agents spend much of their time and resources split between sales, lettings, mortgages, surveys and other distractions. If you sell with Newby & Co you have our full attention at all times. We are committed to selling your home 100% of the time. It is all we do and we do it really, really well!
