    Charlotte Leverton, Sales Director
    Charlotte is Karen's daughter and a "chip off the old block" in every respect. Charlotte is dedicated to ensuring her team give customers the best service. Charlotte trains all her staff personally and only has the most experienced people working within the business. Charlotte the 'workaholic' goes more than the extra mile for all her clients, and strives to keep the professional reputation she has built up over the years.     Dan is our valuer and is out on the road most of the time, giving people honest and professional advice about selling their homes. Dan is passionate about achieving the best possible price for our clients and with our dedicated sales team and marketing approach we believe that our service is second to none. Dan is also a registered domestic energy assessor so is able to carry out all EPCs in house. Dan became a Director in 2019 after 8 years working for us, and is excited to progress further into the business.

    Sarah Farrell, Progressor / Assistant Manager
    Sarah is a key member of our team joining us in 2016 after working at another Estate Agent locally. Sarah offers over 15 years of experience and works alongside Charlotte overseeing the running of the 'after sales service'. Her role is to ensure that each property sold subject to contract is chased regularly to ensure that the process for both sellers and buyers runs as smoothly as possible. Progressing a sale is such a vital part of the process and with Sarah's experience any situation that may arise she always has the best advice to move forward the best possible way, ultimately ensuring the best outcome for all our clients.     George started working for the team in 2016 as Murray's apprentice. George also shows all perspective buyers around properties so is always out and about. George is a great asset to the team, he is always smiling and will go out of his way to help anyone. In his spare time George volunteers at a local charitable disco, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

    Daniel Leverton MARLA, Lettings Director 
    Daniel, our man in charge of our successful and expanding Lettings Department with properties to rent from Markfield to Melbourne. Daniel is our lettings Director, he is the main man who runs our large lettings department. Daniel is the lettings valuer and the main go to man in charge of the smooth running of the business. Daniel is also an accredited member of ARLA.
