Nicholas Percival FRICS Managing Director

Nick founded the Practice in 1986 having qualified in London as a Chartered Surveyor. His objective for the Practice since its inception has been to offer a tailor made service to its clients in all aspects of residential and commercial property. Since the formation of the Practice it has grown to provide specialism's by individual members of the team. Nick's training is in commercial property and development advice, however, Nick is always pleased to meet clients in all aspects of property matters. Outside the office Nick lives in Wakes Colne where his family have farmed the area for over 100 years. Nick, his wife and two sons enjoy country sports and gardening.

Chistopher Chambers MRICS Surveying Director

Chris Chambers joined the Practice in 1987 and as a Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer advises on residential sales, lettings, valuations and surveys. He lives in Bures on the Essex/Suffolk border where his family has been in business since 1877. He enjoys the countryside, cricket and wine tasting. He makes the worst tea in the office but his faithful and popular office Labrador goes some way to redress the balance. Chris welcomes consultation on all aspects of residential property.

Thomas Noble MRICS Commercial Director

Thomas joined the Practice in 2004 qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007 having previously had 8 years experience in residential Estate Agency. Thomas specialises in all aspects of commercial property to include residential and commercial development sites, lease renewal and rent review advice, property portfolio management and provides professional property valuations as a Registered RICS Valuer. Thomas lives in the village of Wormingford just outside of Colchester, enjoying bicycle rides and strolls in the countryside with his young family, travelling, adventure running and his beloved football although he is well past his sell by date.

Nancy Cannon MRICS Commercial Management Director

Nancy joined the commercial team in August 2010 having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Degree in Real Estate Management. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013 and was promoted to Director in July 2016. Nancy manages the Property Management department, assisting clients with all aspects of property management and Landlord and Tenant matters. Nancy lives in Colchester and outside the office enjoys travelling, gardening, running and long walks in the countryside.

Robert Twitchett MNAEA Residential Sales Director

Rob began his career in estate agency back in 2006 and now oversees the residential property department. Rob is a full member of the National Association of Estate Agents and formerly sat on the committee for the Essex Branch. Rob lives in Goldhanger near Maldon and outside the office enjoys travelling, the gym and when the weather allows, riding his motorcycle.

Daniel Fuller MBA BA (Hons) Sales Negotiator

With a career in client management spanning 20 years, across a range of business sectors, Dan brings a wealth of insight and experience to the team. Dan joined Nicholas Percival in January 2018 and is relishing the opportunities and challenges that a local independent estate agent offers. Dan lives locally, and when he's not busy selling and marketing properties, he enjoys spending time with his family, two cats and watching Colchester United.

Nikki Dann-Smith Residential Lettings

Nikki Dann-Smith joined Nicholas Percival in 1996 and subsequently completed her degree in Property Management whilst continuing to work. A farmers daughter, Nikki loves animals and the great outdoors and is happiest trudging around the fields in a pair of wellingtons with her daughters and Border Collie. Other interests include ballet, literature, cooking, opera and the Theatre. She lives on the outskirts of Great Tey with her husband, daughters and small menagerie of animals. Nikki deals with residential lettings and management.

Jackie joined the Nicholas Percival Secretarial Team in 2008 having spent many years working for a local Bank and then Doctors Surgery. She enjoys touring with her husband on one of their motorbikes and spending lots of family time especially having become a grandmother in 2016.

Billy Coe

Billy joined Nicholas Percival in January 2018 after serving as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police for 3 years. He joined our commercial department to pursue his keen interest in property and is studying with the University College of Estate Management to achieve a RICS accredited degree in order to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Billy predominantly assists with commercial property management and agency, and often works with our residential lettings team to gain a broad understanding of the industry. Outside of work Billy, can usually be found on a golf course, where he is a single figure golfer. He also plays Saturday football and has a keen interest in adventure sports.

Sara Wilson

Having worked at the upper end of the market for nearly 20 years, Sara brings with her a wealth of experience and understanding to the team.Sara joined Nicholas Percival in May 2018 and enjoys working alongside Rob & Dan in the Sales Team. Away from the office Sara is a keen gardener and loves to spend time in her garden and on the allotment. Sara also enjoys swimming, the countryside and travelling".
