When putting my house on the market in Droitwich, there was only ever one estate agency I was considering, and that was Nicol and Co... that was the best decision I've made, as my house was only on the market for one week before I accepted an offer, exceeding any expectations I had. From the valuation with Dan Peace (which was like speaking to a friend) to the offer acceptance, everything has been seamless. The valuation was real and transparent, no over-pricing to win or "out-do" another agent, no false promises, particulars of similar properties within the area and their sold prices were provided to me. I got given a pack explaining what to expect from the sales process and an engaging presentation was sent to me afterwards... everything was personalised to me and my property. This was particularly welcomed, being a first time seller, as I had no idea what I was doing! The photos and virtual tour were beautifully done, to such a professional standard. Despite knowing exactly what my own house looks like, I wanted to buy it myself after seeing the listing! The office staff have been exceptional from the start, always quick to answer the phones, emails, viewing requests, viewing feedback - Millie, Niamh and Chloe were always so excited to speak to me and spoke about my house as though it was their own, with nothing but excitement! (I must add, the social media post, from Millie, went round my group chats like wildfire and got nothing but praise from the girls WhatsApp group... and all you ladies know the worth of that group chat!)It's clear that communication within their team is a core value, with everyone always on the same page. Right hand speaking to the left perfectly. I said from the very start of my journey, that Nicol and Co dominate the Droitwich market, so instructing them as my Estate Agents was a no-brainer. When I come to sell again, there is only one place I will go, and that is back to these incredible people. Not only do you get treated with value, but you also have the pleasure of dealing with real, authentic people who want the best for your property, taking your personal circumstances into account.
