      Scott and his team at North Residential in Pocklington are an absolutely outstanding outfit and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. We originally put our house on the market in July 2023 and sold it in December 2023. Between July and December, Scott kept us regularly updated with any progress of the house sale, including timely feedback after house viewings and anything he felt would help the sale of the house. Scott very much gave us the feeling that we were the the only clients he had and that our needs were are the forefront of his mind and I'm sure his other clients felt this way as well. Nothing was too much trouble and even though there were a few bumps in the road (nothing to do with North) Scott's calm and patient nature was really what we needed at quite a stressful time.
