Having not moved house in over 20years, moving felt very daunting, but the team at Northumberland Properties are so welcoming and you can tell they are fully committed to their customers. They are in constant communication regarding all aspects , from viewings and feedback after. We had used a different agent at first but became very frustrated as received no feedback and had to do all the viewings ourselves, whereas Northumberland Properties do all the viewings. Right from the very start, when we met Peter for a viewing of the property, we were impressed by how very friendly and professional he was. Once our offer was accepted, Peter was fastidious in progressing what turned out to be a problematic and often frustrating sale, always maintaining that friendly professionalism that impressed us on first meeting him.
