Northwood, St Albans

After approaching a few letting agents we settled on Northwood. We liked their keenness to get the property rented and Sam was the only agent to reach out pro actively and show enthusiasm about getting the property marketed. Everything was very swift, from photographing the property, getting it online and arranging viewings. We'll definitely use Northwood & request for Sam's help again!

I've had a really fantastic experience with Northwood. Samuel helped me throughout the entire rental process, patiently explaining all my options and answering all my questions. Emily was also brilliant with property viewings and organisation. Everyone has been friendly, thorough and thoughtful so far and I've been impressed with the service.

They kept us informed with helpful guidance on the tenancy agreement, were proactive and responsive to various questions we had.
