The maintenance function is run using the latest cutting-edge technology to each landlord's specification and our accounts are administered daily with same day transactions, ensuring steady cashflow for our landlords.

Our ongoing property management is undertaken by the Negotiators using bespoke software to remove all of the grey areas from the lettings process for our landlords and tenants. Date and time stamped .pdf reports are sent out for periodic inspections and tenant checkouts, offering our clients the highest possible protection.
