   As it was the first time selling a home, we struggled to know where to start as even choosing an estate agent seemed daunting. We met with five in total, but once we met Jonathan the search stopped as we really liked him, liked everything he had to say and he gave us a competitive quote! Selling in mid-2023 was a really difficult time in the market, and selling an ex-council home always comes with a few extra factors to worry about, but I was so happy we went with Jonathan and Oaks to sell our flat.
