All of the staff have been very helpful and attentive, especially Lauren, she went above and beyond for us. I thought it was going to be a lot more stressful buying a property, but they took care of everything and appeased me whenever I worried. I wanted to sell my house so selected two agents online to visit me so I could choose. From initial contact, Ocean understood the local market much better than the big corporate option, and showed me the houses similar to mine that they's sold in the last two weeks. From first visiting the website to completing the sale, the experience was exactly as advertised. This includes the in-house conveyancing team. Friendly, professional and very attentive.
