Ocean (Bristol Filton) sold my house for me over the last 6 months and did an excellent job. They offered a full package - estate agents and solicitors service, which made the whole process easier on my part. Their cut was exceptionally competitive and they were very professional. During the process, I will admit that I was quite demanding and impatient (weekly to bi-weekly calls + the rest during the last days!), but they were always very friendly and helpful and to me; someone who does worry a lot, this was very reassuring!Once the sale was lined up, I also worked and eventually met with the solicitors to progress my sale. Once again, this was an easy and friendly experience. Everything was laid out clearly and I was able to freely discuss elements of the sale of my house which i was unsure of.The best part of the service for me was the move manager, H. Walker, who really worked hard to keep me in the loop and keep things going. I honestly cannot praise her enough. My buyers were "difficult" to say the least and at times I really wanted to lose my temper with this, but she kept her cool and in doing so, was ale to help get me through this.Moving house can be really hard work at the best of times. It's a super stressful time of your life that can just drag on and on and on, so I think its important to make it as easy as you can on yourself. With that in mind, I would happily use Ocean again in the future, because despite all the stress and worry I faced during my move, they were never the cause, but instead were a very positive influence on the process.
