    Here at Open Doors we believe in being an ethical agency and as such we offer extremely competitive fees for you- £150 for the first person and £50 for for each person thereafter. There's no need to worry about check in fees, or the preparation of a tenancy agreement as this is all included in the cost for you.

    I have been working in the lettings industry for 8 years now, and I still thoroughly enjoy my job. My main role is the taking on of new properties, and of course ensuring that we match the right tenants to our Landlords homes.  
    Outside of work I can be found with friends and family, or enjoying multiple rides on my bike!

    I have been working in the property industry now for 12 years and throughout my journey I have learnt so much along the way. I have always enjoyed the property management side; building up relationships with tenants and landlords and ensuring the properties are well looked after. I really enjoy seeing all the properties and in Buckinghamshire we have some great villages with lovely character properties. 

     I have recently moved to Milton Keynes which I am still working my way around as there are a lot of roundabouts! I am looking forward to working at Open Doors with a fresh team to ensure all your property needs are met. In my spare time I enjoy glamping in my VW camper van called Jingles and seeing all the sights along the way.

    Tea boy and occasional odd job person... Trouble shooter and property sleuth. Taking ownership of Open Doors, an agency that shares the same ethos as our other agency College and County in Oxford, is an exciting challenge. I share my time between both Oxford and Buckingham and I am confident that the staff team can both maintain and improve the services to clients and tenants alike. Through our adherence to ethical letting, we hope to attract more excellent landlords who with strong advice, will continue to invest in their portfolio.

    I enjoy game fishing and working my dog and I am also developing my understanding of the local market trends and shifts. If you would like to share your perspective on any of these, perhaps we could meet up for refreshment?

    In 2007 I was studying a RICS degree at Oxford Brookes University specialising in sustainable development and became a College and County tenant. I have always had a real interest in properties and in particular, property investment. Right from the start I could see what a great culture and ethos Mark had created with College and County and in late 2007, I started my journey with C&C and became a viewing agent working part time around my studies.

    Some 10+ years on I am now Lettings Director for both College and County and Open Doors. My goal every day is to ensure that whilst we stay at the cutting edge of the market with new technologies and grow as an agency and team the same care and personal approach that Mark gave when I started is always taken with every Landlord and Tenant to ensure what makes Open Doors great always remains.

      I can't recommend Open Doors enough. I'm a tenant in one of their rental properties near Bicester and they have been incredibly helpful. My husband and I were moving with jobs so we didn't have the conventional employment details for the rental paperwork but they were amazing at helping with what we could do.  

      Then on moving day, our removal van was held up.  A member of the team stayed over an hour late to make sure we could still get the keys that evening!
