Michael who came to value the property was professional and approachable, provided evidence and research to back up his valuation of the property and was helpful and friendly throughout the meeting. PFK provide a high standard of photos to accompany a property's particulars, which I think is important when selling a property. The communication received from PFK was excellent. Emails were received to approve the brochure, to confirm when the property and had gone "live", when a viewing had been booked and what feedback had been received from the viewing.
