PSPhomes is an independent agent that has been operating from Muster Green, Haywards Heath since 1992. Get Registered

The first thing to do when you're beginning your house-hunting journey is to get your details registered with PSPhomes. We can then get an exact idea of the type of property you are looking for and which locations are suitable.

We always try to give registered buyers a head start by emailing, phoning and texting applicants when new instructions become available, before they go online.

We often have properties which aren't advertised online which you'd otherwise not hear about!

Finances in place

This really, should be, the first thing you arrange. Having your finances in line, ideally with a mortgage agreed in principle (if required), will put you in the best possible position when you find your dream home.

Offer making

Once you have viewed the home for you, the next stage will be to put an offer forward. Our sales team will be happy to discuss a suitable level of offer and advise you accordingly.

When putting an offer forward we will require verification of your financial situation and your estate agents details (to check your chain).

This allows us to put your offer forward in the best possible light!

The Conveyancing

Once your offer has been accepted, the sale will be put in to solicitors hands. We will liaise with both parties solicitors throughout the process keeping you fully updated with all progress & developments.

If you are buying with a mortgage, the lender will undertake a mortgage valuation to determine the property is worth the agreed price.

You may also wish to undertake a survey to highlight any defects which may be present in the property. We are happy to recommend reputable local surveyors.

All of the above is moving towards exchanging contracts. Once contracts have been exchanged, the sale is now legally binding and your moving date is set. We recommend using Broomfield Removals T: 01273 890053.

On the day of completion we will call you as soon as the monies have gone through to arrange collection of keys!

Josh is now our MD having taken ownership of the sales side of the business in November 2023, following 15 years working his way through the ranks following a week's work experience in 2008. He has a real passion for property, interiors and marketing as well as years of experience in the "nitty gritty" of Estate Agency. Outside of work he has been renovating his Edwardian home with his wife, is a regular at The Amex watching The Albion, and enjoys walking his Vizsla, Alma.
