    Aaron has worked for Payne Associates since May 2017. Having gained over 8 years experience selling and valuing property within the Coventry & Leicestershire areas he has worked in estate agency since leaving school. Aaron's main role in the office is carrying out market appraisals, he enjoys how no two days are the same and loves visiting the different types of property throughout Earlsdon and surrounding areas. In his spare time he plays rugby locally and enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.

    Vicki Durham - Assistant Sales Manager
    Vicki joined Payne Associates in November 2017 having over 25 years experience in residential sales. Vicki has mainly worked for local independent companies throughout Coventry and Warwickshire and has enjoyed working in the different locations. Vicki began her career as a secretary in the Residential Department of a local firm leaving only to have a family, she returned to the industry as a Receptionist once her family had grown. Vicki's role has changed in many ways over the years, she still enjoys accompanying viewers around properties and seeing the sales through to completion. When Vicki is not working she looks forward to family time and socializing with friends, she enjoys trips to the cinema and regularly attends live music events - she particularly loves a City Break.
