Once an agreed set of properties has been drawn up, we visit each site to inspect and assess its potential bonuses and pitfalls. A Primary Auction Summary
This will be based upon the brief we have received from our clients. We will extensively search through all relevant auctions to provide you with a thorough range of available properties.
We will attend a preliminary set of viewings...
On these viewings we will take detailed photos and a video tour to allow for an insightful summary of the prospective property. This will take place for as many properties as required by you.
Once the viewings have taken place...
We will provide all the relative figures necessary to help you make a decision on whether or not to proceed to a second viewing. This spans from approximate building costs and lease issues, to rental yields and future earning potential. We will then go through each brief and set of figures for each property with you personally.
Once you have decided which properties interest you the most, we will accompany you to view them. Throughout this time we will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns.
Once you have made your decision, we will give as much advice as you need before proceeding to the prospective auction. We will discuss the best strategy for the day, as well as provide you with all the contacts necessary such as solicitors, surveyors, and more.
At the auction, we will be with you for every step of the bidding process, whether this be by physically attending, or advising you over the phone.
- It is necessary for any prospective buyer to provide proof of funds and identification to allow for a quick transaction upon a successful auction purchase.

- Upon successful purchase, a buyer will be required to sign the sale contract and provide a 10% deposit cheque. This is determined upon the agreed sale price.
- All buyers must be aware that the full balance is due within 20 working days of the contract signing.
