    Over the years, I have observed a market-wide decline in personal service provided to both vendors and buyers. The sale of property has become too mercenary; the drive for numbers is too prevalent and personal service has been lost. My clients have told me that they have valued the personal attention and professional advice that I have given them, during such a complex and often stressful process.

Your Estate Agent should help you obtain the best value for your property, facilitate the purchase of your next family home and mitigate the risk for you when undertaking a large investment.     The journey to completion...
    The process of selling and / or buying a property is a complex one; prone to delay and stress, especially if there is a chain.

    From the point at which one decides to sell their property, to the point when they hand over their keys, is what I call the Journey to Completion. Often, finding a buyer is just the beginning of the journey. Having one experienced individual handling the sales process rather than alot of inexperienced staff your will protect your interests throughout that journey.

    During the sale I will work with you and your conveyancing team to guide you to making the best decisions when necessary. Many Estate Agents will leave their customers to the vagaries of this process, some passing the file to a third party 'contracts chaser', who will not have a relationship with either the buyer or the seller. This could lead to the sale falling through and I see my role as your trusted adviser as an intrinsic part of the process.

    I have an excellent track-record of pricing property accurately. My market appraisals are based on extensive research for local equivalent properties that have recently sold, so that each valuation is based on up to date market evidence . With the right approach to marketing, a property should be sold at the best price , within the sellers desired time frame . In a competitive market place some estate agents will inflate asking prices to win the instruction to sell your home. Although it can be quite flattering to hear your home may achieve a higher value, over valuing will ultimately lead to disappointment and a drawn-out sales process.
