    We are ARLA Registered, RICS and NAEA certified.

    Portfield Garrard & Wright have been successfully letting and managing properties in Doncaster and the surrounding areas for over 20 years.

    We offer exceptional services and fairness and integrity for both landlords and tenants which are at the heart of our business.

    We offer a fair rental appraisal at competitive prices.

    Option 1 - Fully managed.

    Included within this service is:

    · A rental appraisal, marketing and advertising a property (both press advertising and all website advertising, to let board and office displays.

    · Accompanied viewings.

    · Finding a tenant

    · Carrying out all necessary referencing procedures on the prospective tenant (with a rental guarantee option)

    · Drawing up the legal tenancy agreement

    · Registering the bond and associated administration.

    · Preparation of inventory.

    · Managing repairs and maintenance.

    · Managing rent collection including accounts and administration.

    · Serving relevant notices and dealing with rental renewals

    · Notifying utilities of change of tenants and meter readings.

    Option 2 - Let only service.

    Included within this is:

    · All advertising including boards, local advertising and listings on national websites.

    · Finding a tenant

    · Accompanied viewings

    · Carrying out all reference procedures and credit checks on the prospective tenant

    · Drawing up the tenancy agreement

    · Notifying the utilities of the change of tenant and meter readings

    In this instance once a tenant has moved in, we would normally have no further dealings in terms of rental collection or maintenance.
