Seriously, do not even consider other agents. Louise and the rest of Prime Residential are absolute rock stars. Not only can they navigate tricky real estate landscapes, they can do so in a manner that leaves you feeling, "should this really be this easy"?

Louise and the team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had 8 agents round to value our period property and Louise and Will were so knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We just knew they were the right agent for us. The house was marketed well, with great photos, and we got a good offer only two weeks after going on the market, with a completion within three months.

BUYER
I recently bought a Property in York and Prime Residential acted as agents for the seller. My experience as a buyer was Prime Residential were professional and responded quickly to any of my questions.
We were also given unbiased advice on selling my property and the state of the market. I moved to York from Leeds and the market is so different and using Prime residential gave me a great insight into how the York Market operates. I think a local good Estate agent is critical to a smooth transact

I’ve just purchased my first property from prime residential and the service was incredible - incomparable to other estate agents. Even from the initial viewing they were so helpful and not pushy - always willing to answer questions and regularly checked in. Throughout the buying process I was consistently kept updated through the process and really felt supported. The service went above and beyond and if I ever sell in the future I’ll definitely use prime residential again
