As the sister company of developer, FORSHAW LAND & PROPERTY GROUP - what FORSHAW build we manage - making the investor landlord journey seamless. We also offer very competitive rates for full management.
Our unique relationship offers a great synergy in terms of relationships with third party companies - construction, furniture suppliers, etc and ensures we handle new investment properties efficiently and get them rented out as soon as possible (whilst offering a FREE HANDOVER as part of the package).
We have mobilised and continue to let over 750 properties across 15 developments nationally.
Recent years have seen FORSHAW build new developments in Manchester city centre (M4) and the upcoming area of Salford, M5. In 2022 we mobilised The Waterhouse, Salford, M5.
We are very excited about FORSHAW'S latest scheme - a 17 storey luxury apartment block on the banks of the River Irwell - due to complete at the end of the month (March 2024). We can't wait to show the apartments to you. Look out for rentals at this new luxury development coming shortly!
