Kings Langley impressed me with their commitment and skill in ensuring the purchase went through. Despite some difficult issues arising during the transaction they were calm, professional and polite throughout.

1. Proffitt and Holt were extremely professional and respectful of our specific circumstances. We were moving partially due to my husband's health issues and emotions were running high. They dealt with everything calmly and courteously.

I recently had to pull out of my purchase due to vendor issues. I do not need to go into the nitty-gritty, but the situation was extremely challenging which in turn presented very frustrating, drawn-out discussions. Throughout, Harry showed professionalism, dynamic problem-solving and above all great understanding and patience.
