Progression Property, Middlesbrough

Honest, Professional, Personable, Pro-active, Focused, Mature, Dedicated, Proven ... just some of the words that sum up our business and team members perfectly. Having opened our doors for the first time in August 2021 we have consistently delivered on our promises to our Vendors that we will sell their property fast and for 'Best Price' ever since. We are massively strong in the investor market with a contact list of buyers and sellers built up over decades. We can proactively source our buying clients properties exactly matched to their personal criteria, likewise we can find suitable proceedable buyers for all types of properties may they be large or small, refurbished or derelict . From our Middlesbrough base we have contacts throughout the North East.

When it comes to selling peoples homes, no one is just a number to us. We know how important it is to those involved, and we fully appreciate the stress and worry often involved. That is where we come into our own. We don't do the bare minimum, ever. We go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure we take as much weight off our clients shoulders as possible and achieve the goals set out. We take every situation on its own merits, as moving home / selling a property is not always a cause for celebration it can be a cause of sadness. We will handle every situation accordingly. We love it when a client entrusts us with their business!
