    We have an extensive range of properties to suit all needs and budgets. Whether you require a spacious double room with an ensuite in a house share or a large five bedroom detached family home - we have something for everyone!

    We really do cater for all needs! We offer room rentals on a 3, 6 or 12 month tenancy basis and single let property rentals on a 6 or 12 month basis. We also offer serviced accommodation in the form of apartments and room rentals. Serviced apartments can be booked on a nightly basis and serviced rooms on a minimum of 30 nights.

      "Investing in property is a significant step for anyone. Being a landlord (and a responsible one at that) of a HMO is a challenge on many levels. There are many decisions to make, processes to understand and the opportunity for making mistakes is very real. A key decision in the process is the people you choose to work with. Of course, it is possible to do everything yourself but why reinvent the wheel when people are already doing it successfully and are willing to help? For people using their property as investment rather than their jobs, this can be a major stumbling block.

      The properties I invest in are managed by Progressive Lets. The team at Progressive advertise property and source and reference tenants. Importantly, they also recognise the need to care for tenants, unlike other agents who believe their work is done once tenants are found. A key differentiation is that once tenants are in situe, Progressive proactively manage the properties by carrying out regular inspections and being available as the primary contact for the tenants to resolve any issues in the house. Where issues arise, they are quickly assessed and solutions offered, allowing the landlord to make a timely informed decision for the best course of action. This keeps everyone happy and, more importantly, safe. Working with Progressive Lets has enabled me to establish a portfolio of property which are great homes for their tenants and generate good returns for the landlord and agent in turn.

      There are rewards for all parties in the process which makes it something sustainable and scale-able; cornerstones of the Progressive ethos. Whereas other agents are about short term returns, Progressive Lets understand this is a long-term commitment and they want to be an active part of the journey towards their client's goals.
