      Ian Macbeth - Sales Managing Director
      Ian started working for Prospect 15 years ago after a change of industry moving away from a career as a fitness instructor. Having progressed through the company from a trainee to the manager of our Bracknell office, Ian was promoted to a Director of the company in 2011 and is now involved in all aspects of the business. Ian works to drive the sales and lettings departments as well as running the company's mortgage department and Prospect Surveyors and Valuers.

      Roberto Contreras - Area Manager
      Roberto made the decision to join Prospect Estate Agency in June 2007 after working for another town centre agent. Over the last six years he's worked in the Bracknell office he has been promoted five times and is now the Area Manager. Roberto's local knowledge and passion for Bracknell, Binfield and the surrounding areas, comes from being one of six boys who have all lived and grown up in the area. This passion is shared with his team that work with him, as they are all local people. Roberto says "Work today is so much of an individual's life that enjoying your job and the company you work for really has a positive effect on me as a person".

      Ross Hobbs - Senior Branch Manager
      Ross started his career in estate agency as a trainee in Prospect's first office, in Bracknell town centre. After progressing through the ranks, winning numerous Quarterly and Annual Awards over a four year period, Ross was promoted to Valuation Manager in the busy Winnersh office. After six successful months there, Ross was promoted again to Assistant Manager and then to Branch Manager of the new Camberley office. His performance and recognition by Prospect's Directors over another four year period, saw him rewarded with the opportunity to open the Sandhurst office in November 2014.       Oliver started estate agency back in 2006 working for a local independent estate agent working in offices in Wokingham, Crowthorne, Bracknell and Sandhurst and has not looked back since.       Ruth joined Prospect in 2015 bringing with her 25 years' experience in the property industry. Ruth's role is to liaise with solicitors and mortgage advisers to ensure that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible whilst at the same time keeping buyers and sellers up to date weekly with the progress of their sale and purchase.
