I am really glad that I chose Quirks to handle the sale of our first house. It's a small team so I always knew who I was talking to and they kept me informed every step of the way. They were also the agent for the house we were buying which made things much easier as they were in touch with everyone in the chain. When it came to progressing the sale, they worked very hard to keep everything moving, regularly chasing up solicitors and vendors to avoid delays. Kiri in particular was brilliant, I regularly spoke to her most days as she was so involved in the process and I really relied on her when there were communication issues between solicitors. I had never appreciated the value of estate agents, especially with cheaper online alternatives available, but I can honestly say that Quirks were worth every penny and I would highly recommend them.
