It is so important to us that we provide that extra level of service with the human touch, hence our pride in regularly winning Customer Service awards!I have 34 years' experience in estate agency and have moved home myself 10 times, so know what I'm talking about.

I worked at a senior level for two major corporate agencies before setting up Rawlinson Gold with David in 1994.

I have five children and am a proud and 'glamorous'grandfather of three. Being a frequent visitor of my local gym enables me to indulge in a few culinary delights, and being a QPR season-ticket holder is a great antidote to the positive endorphins created in the gym! After an eventful few years, I recently enrolled on a Psychology course with the Open University."There isn't much I haven't experienced so it will be interesting to understand more about what makes us all tick."

I am new to the industry but learn fast and enjoy a challenge. I am very sociable, like meeting new people and one of the many great things about this vocation is I get to meet so many different people on a day to day basis.
Always very friendly and eager to learn new things every day, a lot of my motivation I would have to say, is working with such a knowledgeable and approachable team of people in the office every day.

I find that I can't rest until I have found a buyer just the right property for them, as I am not satisfied until I have fulfilled their requirements. Only then, I know I have done my job in finding our applicants exactly what they want. I like to go to the gym regularly (although my colleagues can't notice any difference), and I enjoy swimming having previously been a lifeguard.

Phil at Rawlinson Gold in Pinner is absolutely first class. Having been on the market with two other very reputable local estate agents, Phil approached me advising that he had sold a property around the corner for over the asking price in a matter of days. Naturally, I was sceptical because like most owners, we believed our house to better and could not understand how ours remained un sold with no offers.
