Regent Estates opened as a partnership in January 1991 and has since remained one of Berkhamsted’s most established and longest-standing independent estate agents. Our office, located at 141–143 High Street, sits in the heart of the town and is open six days a week.

With over 35 years’ experience covering Berkhamsted and the surrounding areas — including Tring, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Chesham and High Wycombe — our founder and owner, Thomas Leech, specialises in Land, New Homes and Property Development.

The day-to-day running of our sales department is overseen by James Whitehead (NAEA), our office manager, who has worked in Berkhamsted and Tring for the past 18 years. Working alongside James is William Moore, a former director and highly regarded estate agent with over 35 years’ experience. William knows Berkhamsted better than most.
