    Richard is an Associate Partner and manager for the Holywell office. He has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Estate Agency and has been with the company for over 11 years offering a wealth of experience and knowledge. Richard takes great value in offering our clients the best and most helpful advice possible from start to finish.

    Karen has over 18 years experience in sales so has strong negotiating skills. Having bought & sold numerous properties herself, she has gained knowledge of the buying and selling process. Living in Holywell for over 12 years means she also has knowledge of the local area.
