    We are proud to say we now have 14 villages in our portfolio, spread across 11 counties in the southern half of the UK. Each one is very distinctive from the next but all provide the same equally high property specifications, a wide range of facilities and leisure amenities, impeccable service levels delivered by our teams of staff, and varying levels of care support to suit your needs, now or in the future, including our own registered domiciliary care service.

    We always maintain that while we design and build our villages, it is the residents who bring them to life. A retirement villages' lifestyle allows you to do what you choose to do, not what you have to do. We take care of the day to day chores while you get on and simply enjoy your days, in the peace and tranquillity of your own private retirement home, or within the wider village setting at a village social event or outing.

    Our rich history and our pioneering approach

    Our company has been building villages for more than 30 years. We were responsible for bringing the retirement village model to the UK in the early 1980s when we opened the first of our retirement communities, Elmbridge Village in Cranleigh, Surrey.

    Our model allows you to own your own property in a retirement village, keeping an investment in the residential property market while having access to care and support where available.
