    Tony Perriam

    Managing Partner

    A qualified chartered surveyor, Tony was a founding shareholder and Head of Residential Sales at Rettie & Co from 1996 before becoming Managing Partner on the formation of Rettie Borders LLP in Melrose in 2013. After graduating from St Andrews University, Tony completed an Army short service commission with the Black Watch before gaining an MBA at the University of Edinburgh. His early working career also included time at industrial auctioneers Ryden Henry Butcher, prior to running the hotels division of Christie & Co.'s Edinburgh office in the mid 1990's.

    Donald Young

    Sales Consultant

    Donald joined Rettie & Co in June 2015. Having graduated in 2014 with an MA in Art History from the University of Aberdeen, Donald then spent time in Edinburgh gaining experience in many different areas of property with several leading property firms including Strutt & Parker, Knight Frank and Savills, as well as Rettie & Co's lettings office, before joining the Melrose office. Donald is responsible for the marketing of new properties, taking over from the point of instruction and launching onto the open market.
