    You have to provide a Home Report to show anyone who is genuinely interested in buying your property: this is a legal requirement. A Home Report has three compulsory features: A Single Survey and Valuation, an Energy Report and a Property Questionnaire. We can advise you on the best platforms or firms to use to create your Home Report. Alternatively, we can arrange for a Home Report to be carried out and produced on your behalf.

    STAGE 3 PREPARATION

We'll then prepare the material that will be used to market your property. This step involves the commissioning of high-quality photography of your home and the production of floor plans.     Alison joins Rettie & Co as Branch Manager of our new Glasgow South office in Newton Mearns. Having previously worked in the finance industry, Alison's move into the Estate Agency world began in 2010 with a highly regarded agent in Newton Mearns before moving on to manage the Shawlands branch of the largest GSPC member firm. Having spent most of her life in Newton Mearns, with in depth knowledge of the local area, Alison has a strong understanding of what East Renfrewshire and the market has to offer, which will undoubtedly benefit her clients and buyers alike.     Susan joined our lettings team in October 2013 with 13 years' experience in the Glasgow rental market.
