For more than 30 years, we have delivered a high-quality, fully compliant and customer-focused lettings service, now managing over 1,500 properties on behalf of both individual landlords and larger portfolio clients. With demand for rental homes continuing to rise, we now let at least two properties every working day, and our managed portfolio continues to expand year on year. Our Property Management Department is overseen by Directors Guy Hall and Louise Mitchell, who ensure our service remains proactive, compliant and aligned with the highest standards across Nottingham.
