        We chose to ask Robert Luff to market our property as they had a strong local base of retail premises, backed by strong links to the national sites.

        We found our initial meeting to discuss our property a very positive experience and were reassured that we would get a good price, based on their judgement and the market conditions.
        After we had agreed the publicity the viewings started and within three visits a strong offer was made and accepted.

        We were kept in contact throughout the process, even when some elements of the buying and selling chain proved rather fraught and we found all the staff involved, particularly Adam and Richard, very attentive and professional.
