    Our Rural Sales Team is headed by Tony Rimmer, with support from Andrew Wallace and Holly Wybergh. We deal with all farms, farmland, development opportunities, pony paddocks and rural businesses.

    Our Residential Sales Team is headed by Robert Ikin who is Chester's most experienced estate agent and a long-standing figurehead in the estate agency world, supported by Sue Goldstone, well known in the Tarporley catchment area.

    Tony Rimmer MRICS FAAV - Rural Sales
    Hailing from farming stock in Gloucestershire, Tony has been surrounded by agriculture his whole life, so his decision to attend the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester was almost inevitable.On graduation, he joined national firm Bruton Knowles before moving to Frank R Marshall and Co. in Cheshire in 1995 as an auctioneer. He joined Carver Knowles in 2000 and was a founding Director of Carver Knowles NW Ltd in 2005 and ultimately Rostons in 2007.
    Having worked in Cheshire and North Wales for over 25 years Tony knows rural property. Over the years Tony has either sold or bought for clients most of the farms that have sold. A chartered surveyor by profession with specialist skills in the rural sector, Tony's more than two decades' experience of rural and agricultural consultancy - combined with extensive experience in Cheshire and the North West - gives him an unrivalled advantage when dealing with any rural specialism.

    Robert Ikin FRICS - Residential Sales
    Robert is Chester's most experienced Estate Agent. He lives locally to the Rostons Offices in Hatton Heath, began his career in North Shropshire/Cheshire and qualified as a Fellow of the RICS.He joined Rostons as a Consultant Director having been a partner in two leading estate agents in Chester and provides sales and professional advice on all aspects of rural and residential property matters in Cheshire, the North West and North Wales. His huge passion for cricket does not deflect from his passion for property, which certainly keeps him busy when he's not working!

    Holly is from near Carlisle, North Cumbria, and has completed her degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University, graduating with a first-class honours' degree.As a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, she is primarily involved in the Rural Agency, Valuation, Rural Planning and BPS.Holly enjoys spending her spare time in the countryside with a keen equestrian interest Holly is ideally placed to deal with equestrian property. She also likes to play netball and is an active member of Beeston YFC, having been the director of their highly successful entertainments play in 2019.

Outside of work Sophie enjoys riding and showing her horses and when she has any spare time an occasional glass of Pinot in her local!
