Ryder & Dutton, New Homes

We are a development company and have employed Ryder & Dutton to handle the sales of our new homes for the last 40 years. I have no hesitation in recommending the New Home Department. They offer a very professional service whilst also being very approachable and friendly. Easily contactable and offering a wealth of knowledge, I count them as a part of our team which we could not manage without.

The team were very helpful and were always available when needed. They were professional, always happy to speak to you and nothing was too much hassle.

The ladies is this office have been fantastic, from the first time i spoke with them. They have kept me updated at every oppertunity, they have chased anything I requested - nothing has been too much trouble for them. My solicitor also commented on them being the best estate agents he's had to deal with..very helpful and forthcoming with information - they have happily been the go-between between both sets of solicitors, and keeping all parties informed of any developments. They have seriously helped keep any additional stress, out of my house purchase..Thank you for your fantastic customer service!

We have recently bought our first home through Ryder and Dutton (Salmon Fields Branch) and they were excellent throughout the whole process. Devan was friendly/informative and helped us with choosing our plot on the new development and has been great with any questions/problems we have had since moving in, always dealing with our queries in a timely manner. Lisa helped us through the buying process keeping in touch with us and providing regular updates. She was also great at helping us with problems we had with solicitors, chasing them up to provide answers. Overall they were both fantastic and made this exciting/stressful part of our lives much easier than it could have been and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.

I have used Ryder and Dutton in the sale of two properties in the past and found them to be professional, realistic and highly efficient.
