    STANLEY PROPERTY LONDON is a rare breed in the letting industry - always acting in the best interests of the client, rather than ourselves.

    Our commissions are totally transparent with no hidden extras. There are no additional charges for setting up contracts and we don't charge admin fees.

    Our Commission Structure:

    1. Tenant Find & Rent Collection 10% = (12% Inc VAT)

    2. Fully Managed 5% = (6% Inc VAT)

    3. Staged Payments 1% = (1.2% Inc VAT)

    Unlike other letting agencies we never ask for kickbacks from our tradespeople. If we use a plumber, electrician or cleaner, it is because we believe they will give a great service to our clients. It also means you'll never pay inflated maintenance costs.

    Letting property is an administrative, legislative and regulatory minefield - but we are here to handle everything for you, however many properties you have. As ARLA Propertymark licenced agents, you can count on us to keep you safe. We volunteer to be regulated and subjected to independent scrutiny - which keeps us at the top of our game.
