Very professional. Neil, the agent we dealt with was both incredibly nice and an excellent salesman. He went the extra mile and closed a deal that seemed unlikely at the start. If only more estate agents were like that! (V Louis W13)

Sargeants were amazing to deal with - we were automatically notified of all viewings scheduled and received regular & honest feedback continually through our sale process. The market is touch currently and, whilst we had hoped to sell for more, the honest and open relationship we had with the team gave us assurance that, given these conditions, we achieved the right sales price. I cannot praise Sally and Imogen highly enough but everyone we dealt with was just great. Note, we did not start with Sargeants but, having made the switch, the service was far superior.

Excellent service from Imogen at Sargeants. During some lengthy toing and froing between us (buyers), the sellers and both solicitors, Imogen was constantly on the ball and was happy to help out in any way she could. She was there to connect all the dots (so many dots!) with her calm, trustworthy and pragmatic approach. Very impressed by Dean and his team.
