    We opened our Lettings Department at the start of 2016 in our high profile Residential Sales Office. Jemma Corbett leads the department, Layla Stubbs is our negotiator and Jane Simpson-Browne is our co-ordinator and client relationship manager.

    Our office is based in the heart of Clifton Village, just opposite The Ivy, making us very easy to find for both tenants and landlords.

    Through our many corporate links we are the preferred Letting Agent for many local, national and international companies. We are always looking for high quality properties to meet demand, from studio apartments for busy professionals, through to more substantial family homes. We cover all central areas of Bristol, not just Clifton, as well as the outskirts where larger homes can be found.

    Jemma Corbett
    Jemma considers herself an honorary Bristolian, having lived in the city since 2000. She has previously worked for the largest independent letting agent in Clifton where she became ARLA qualified.She has covered every corner of the business of letting property. She loves working with clients in all kinds of situations and is happy to help those looking to take their first tentative steps in buy to let, a landlord with an established portfolio looking for a new agent or a family facing long term relocation overseas.

    Layla Stubbs
    Layla moved from our busy Residential Sales team in Bristol, where she had worked since June 2016. Prior to this, she worked in Lettings in various roles. She moved to the Residential Lettings department in October 2017. The knowledge that she gained whilst working for our sales team is invaluable when helping investors looking at new build buy to let. Since joining the Lettings team, she has passed her ARLA Technical Award Level Four and is now an ARLA licensed agent.

    Lianne Reid
    Lianne has worked in the property industry for over four years. First working for a large housing authority in Westminster primarily dealing with listed properties in Central London and then moving into the private sector to work in renewals. Joining us in 2017, she brings with her knowledge of tenancy agreements and legislation. She will be your point of contact for the renewal of your tenancy and is on hand to guide you through the process.

    Having recently relocated to Bristol, Jane joins our Clifton Residential Lettings Department as Client Relationship Manager. Jane will be responsible for looking after all of our managed properties.

    Emily Middleton
    Emily has worked in the property industry for 4 years now, following her graduation from the University of Leicester in 2014. Originally from Winchester, she worked for a large-scale private Landlord letting and managing student properties in Hampshire and Surrey. She took a short career break in 2017 to travel South-East Asia and Australia, and then made the move to London at the start of 2018. Shortly after moving to London, Emily became ARLA qualified, and joined the Savills Property Management team in September 2018. Emily deals with all day-to-day queries from our Tenants and Landlords in managed properties, overseeing all maintenance issues.
