    Richard Sears MNAEA - Company Director
    Richard grew up in Hemel Hempstead and now lives in Gadebridge. Richard has worked in estate agency locally for the past 20 years. He founded Sears & Co and works in the business full time carrying out valuations, viewings and generally ensuring its smooth running. Richard has an incredible passion for property and marketing ensuring Sears & Co consistently stay one step ahead of the competition. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, is a keen golfer with a current handicap of 10 (just about) and is a long suffering Ipswich Town fan.

    Stacey re joined Sears & Co in 2021 after her original 3 year stint with the company back in 2014. Stacey has over 10 years agency experience dealing with some of the most prestigious homes in Herts Beds & Bucks. Day to day Stacey will be responsible for carrying out property valuations and all aspect of 'after sales' dealing with solicitors and ensuring cases reach completion.     Kay joined Sears & Co in January 2020. Kay is responsible for the smooth running of the letting department.
