We recently sold our house through Michael and he was amazing throughout the process. He managed a difficult chain really well, and was an excellent communicator throughout. Michael went above and beyond, not only providing the service we engaged him for, but also offering good general advice on the buying and selling process, and being a property owner! And all of this was provided at a fee that is much lower price than changed by others. Would 100% recommend. Catriona

Cannot recommend Settle enough! I've had experience with 2 other agencies in the area and they do not compare to the level of service from Settle. Michael and the team were professional, thorough and always quick to get back to you.
