      I joined Seymours almost five years ago when an opportunity popped up to further my 20 year career in Estate Agency and become an equity partner / owner of our office here in Godalming. Overall I run and oversee our office with support from my co-Directors, Stewart Palmer and Nick Lees who also look after our amazing new office in central Haslemere. I am proud to say we are one of the Seymours group's flagship offices, which i feel is testament to the time, effort and commitment provided to our clients by all of our like minded staff. I also take an active and hands on role in promoting and supporting our Haslemere office, which I also to enjoy shared ownership of. This gives us the opportunity to dual market clients properties in both locations giving unrivalled coverage locally. I was born, raised and live in Guildford and having worked in Godalming for a number of years am well acquainted with the stunning property and villages in this beautiful area.       Since arriving from Cape Town, South Africa in 2002, where I graduated as an Interior Architectural Designer, I have truly made Surrey my home. It made total sense to me to join the estate agency industry given my interests and soon found a role as a Junior Negotiator, working in the Guildford area. Since then I progressed through the ranks to managerial level of another high profile local agent and worked in several of their key local offices including Godalming, Farnham and Esher. I was delighted to accept the role as Sales Manager at Seymours, Godalming having been head hunted in early 2017. In my opinion it's our more personal approach to house selling which has made us the undisputed market leader, something that I am keen to maintain and build on. When not engrossed in the world of property, I can be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen, transfixed by a game of rugby or spending time with my wife and two daughters at home in central Godalming.

      Lewis Payne | SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
      I grew up in Brighton and became a trainee Estate Agent for a well known Brighton and Hove based company that was established in 2009. I joined given my passion for architecture and design and initially worked for nothing in their Auction and Investment department before progressing to sales! Before moving to the Surrey area I had a gap year, travelling around Asia and Australia. It was a real experience and incredibly character building with many of my greatest memories coming from working on a sheep farm in Queensland, patrolling hundreds of thousands of acres! When I returned, I was keen to build on the solid foundations I'd gained in Brighton and joined Seymours in 2014. I was recently promoted to Senior Negotiator and feel I have greatly assisted the Directors over the years in selling record numbers of properties for our clients, year on year. I feel this is down to our superior marketing and presentation, attention to detail and overall determination to provide the highest levels of service in the area. Meeting new people from every walk of life and being able to facilitate their move provides me with immense job satisfaction. Outside of work I am a keen chef and enjoy returning to Brighton to watch the Seagulls play and of course socialising with friends and family.

      Luke Smith | SALES NEGOTIATOR
      I joined Seymours as a Junior Negotiator in January 2017 having worked for almost 4 years alongside 16 Air Assault Brigade as a Lightweight Multiple Launcher operator in the British Army. My role was to provide air defence capabilities to the battle group. I also received DRM (Defence, Rigger, Marshaller) training, gained experience with the Air Force and learned to move stock around the battlefield using underslung loads. Wanting a career change, I decided to follow in the footsteps of my parents who both work in the property industry. I love being part of a tight knit team with my aim being to always deliver an unparalleled client service whilst maximising office sales. I have a great understanding of the Godalming market having grown up locally and am delighted still to have grandparents living in Farncombe. I have always been an energetic person and enjoy the balanced work life that estate agency offers. Being split between my desk and then out on viewings is a perfect working combination for me. I hope to progress through the ranks at Seymours, eventually opening my own office. Outside of work I enjoy keeping a close eye on my favourite football team Tottenham Hotspur!

      I joined Seymours, Godalming when the office first opened back in 2006 and can't believe that's 12 years ago! Before Seymours, I worked as a Secretary for two other well known local Estate Agents in Godalming. I enjoy working in our lively office environment and being able to support the sales team in all administrative matters. I have lived in Godalming for over 25 years and consider it to be a great place to live. I love the excellent restaurants and pubs, beautiful countryside walks and quality amenities, as well as the convenience of the mainline station for an odd jaunt and shopping spree to London!

      Stewart Palmer | MNAEA | DIRECTOR
      My working career started when I joined John Lewis at their flagship store in Oxford Street, London and begun their prestigious Management Training Scheme. Whilst completing what is generally regarded as unrivalled training in all aspects of business and customer service I developed my skill, desire and ability to form strong and repeat relationships with customers. This naturally lead and evolved into a long term career in Estate Agency. I enjoy meeting all types of people and make a point of going above and beyond what anyone would expect, whether that be from a customer service or business perspective. In particular, this has been demonstrated by my Sales and Lettings results over the past 10 years, in the Godalming and Cranleigh areas. I joined Seymours, Godalming as a Sales Manager in 2009 and quickly became one of the owners of the business and genuinely thrive off working in such vibrant towns and villages with stunning properties. During my career I have worked across the Surrey/Sussex border towns and villages - an area that I have known throughout my life and love living in with my daughters. The majority of my time is spent running and overseeing our new office in Haslemere. Having said that i keep a close eye on what's happening in Godalming and am always on hand to speak to any of our old and new clients should they wish to.

      I joined Seymours as a Sales Negotiator more than twenty years ago and have sold and let thousands of properties during my career in the various villages, whilst working in the prime Surrey towns close to Godalming and Haslemere and generally in the A3 corridor. Godalming has been my home town for more than 10 years where I set up and opened the office here in Godalming. My expertise is predominantly in Lettings. I am extremely proud to say my team and I at Godalming have dealt with and managed a lettings portfolio of almost 200 properties consistently year on year.
