Our Management centre is open 7 days a week 9am-6pm with real people and not a messenger service.
In the event that an 'out of hours' situation occurs we also provide an online portal which enables both Tenants and Landlords to communicate with their Property Manager including the ability to report maintenance issues, give notice, pay fees and rent online, view our newsletters (which are sent to each party once a month). The newsletters are individually geared to a Tenant and a Landlord's requirements - in addition the Landlord will receive a copy of the Tenant's newsletter to ensure they are aware of the advice and articles provided and view any Landlord pertinent content.
