Our Director of Whitton, Maria Fernanda Piccoli, has more than a decade of experience in architecture and interior design along with over 7 years of estate agency experience. I bring a keen eye for detail and a unique perspective to every property in my role as a Property Expert. My background allows me to assess not only a property's market value but also its design potential, helping clients see opportunities that others might overlook.

I focus on delivering results that align with my clients’ goals, combining strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and design insight to maximise each property’s potential. I have also completed the CELA Rightmove Certificate, further strengthening my knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and best practices within the UK property market.
