*Inspection of properties - 3 months into tenancy start and then either 6 monthly or annually
*Ensuring that landlords properties comply with all up to date government legislation
*Dealing of all maintenance issues with local reputable contractors by dedicated team
*Arrangement of EPCS and Gas Safety Checks when needed
*Full photographic and written inventory to document condition of property
*After tenancy inspections and negotiating return of deposits and any works needed
*Collection of rent and paying to specified bank account on a monthly basis
*Dealing with any arrears and chasing as necessary
*Serving of relevant notices such as Section 8 or 21 and rent review service
